MARY LOU KUBENA
Senior Property Manager

Mary Lou, a native of San Antonio, has served for more than 30 years in hospitality, multi-family, and commercial property management. Mary Lou has extensive experience with property management software, marketing, reporting, maintenance, and building effective management teams across portfolios. Prior to Valcor, Mary Lou spent 15 years with Nolan Real Estate Services where she was a regional property manager for assets across Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. Mary Lou is part of a team that is responsible for property maintenance, accounting, tenant relationships, vendor relationships, and quality control.

Mary Lou is an active member of Community Bible Church, and enjoys outdoor activities and camping with her husband Dave, their three children, and seven grandchildren.
