Founded in January 2010 by San Antonio locals, Charlie Malmberg and Jonathan Collins, we are a dynamic, entrepreneurial commercial real estate company built on the core values of Stewardship, Grit, and Thankfulness.

We strive for an exciting, family-based culture that is fun, intentional, hardworking, innovative, relational, intelligent, and focused. Our team has a generous spirit and is involved in local charities. At Valcor, we champion the personal and professional growth of team members, vendors, and clients.

Armed with this culture and a mission to be Faithful Stewards, we are commercial real estate experts who set the standard for customer service.
