Senior Associate
Brad, a North Texas native, holds a BBA in Business Management & Marketing from Baylor University. As senior associate, Brad’s responsibilities include healthcare and tenant representation, landlord representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and valuation analysis throughout the San Antonio area and surrounding markets.
Brad moved to San Antonio in 1992 and spent the next 25 years in the tech industry. During that time, he led several businesses in various sales & marketing executive roles, including international assignments and was responsible for growing businesses totaling over $3B annually with 200+ employees. In 2017, Brad moved from the tech industry and started a small real estate investment company focusing on residential development and restoration. From there, Brad transitioned into commercial real estate with an emphasis on healthcare professionals.
Brad serves as a Trustee for the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio and board member for The City of Boerne Visitors Center. Brad, his wife Channing and their children, Brynn and Jennings, are active members of First Baptist Church Boerne and serve in several local faith-based non-profits including Boerne Young Life, Stillwater Camps, Hope for Heroes Boerne and others.
