Chris Ewald

Chris, a native of New Braunfels, holds a degree in Economics and a Master of Real Estate (MRE) through Texas A&M University. He serves as Vice President of Brokerage for Valcor and is responsible for landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and valuation analysis throughout the San Antonio area and surrounding markets.
Chris offers over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Valcor, Chris was a member of the Asset Management group at USAA Real Estate Company, helping oversee a 50+ million square foot nationwide industrial portfolio. He also served as a commercial real estate loan officer at Crockett National Bank.
Chris and his wife Melissa have four children, Jackson, Lillian, Samuel, and Sophie. They are involved members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in New Braunfels. He also enjoys coaching numerous youth sports teams, playing golf, and exploring the Texas Hill Country.
