Senior Property Manager
Christina is an accomplished property manager with 8 years of experience in retail, industrial, and office management. At Valcor, Christina is part of a team responsible for property maintenance, accounting, client and tenant relationships, vendor relationships, quality control, and preparing annual budgets.
Before joining Valcor, Christina served as a property manager for CBRE; she has successfully managed over 3 million square feet of retail, industrial, and office buildings in the San Antonio area. She has also managed a team of 3-5 people, including assistant managers and maintenance engineers.
Outside the office, Christina values her family life with her husband, John, of 10 years, and their three lovely daughters, Vanessa, Iliana, and Camila. Together, they cherish spending time near any body of water or creating lasting memories with extended family. Christina also finds joy in reading, cooking, honing her BBQ skills alongside her husband, and, whenever possible, escaping to her favorite getaway spot – Cabo!
