Bernice joins Valcor as a property manager with 18 years of experience in retail and industrial property management. At Valcor, Bernice is part of a team responsible for property maintenance, accounting, client and tenant relationships, vendor relationships, quality control, and preparing annual budgets and annual expense reconciliations.

Prior to joining Valcor, Bernice served as a property manager for Stream Realty Partners and AmREIT, Inc. managing approximately 3 million square feet of retail and industrial in the Houston and San Antonio areas. She also is a certified Legal Assistant with 15 years of experience in the Oil and Real Estate development sectors.

Outside of work, Bernice treasures her family life with her husband Mark of 10 years and cherished high school friends. They love grilling, fishing, and creating unforgettable memories with their family in Houston. Exploring new recipes together, they love soaking up live music in charming New Braunfels. Bernice enjoys reading, crafting, scrapbooking, biking the scenic country hillsides, and cuddling with their rescue pets.
