Charlie, a native of San Antonio, earned an honor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Physics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Charlie oversees investment sales and development for Valcor. Charlie is also responsible for sourcing investments, landlord representation, tenant representation, and new business pursuits. Prior to founding Valcor, Charlie worked as a Financial Analyst at Trinity Real Estate Finance where he underwrote and assisted in closing commercial properties of all types across Texas.

Charlie is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Additionally, Charlie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Charlie played an integral role in Valcor being named Top Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Top Commercial Real Estate Property Management Firms and named Best Places to Work by the San Antonio Business Journal. Charlie was previously named Top 40 Under 40 for the San Antonio market.

Charlie enjoys spending time with Megan, his wife of nearly 20 years, and his three children – Kenna, Cade, and Clare. He is very active with his kids’ sports programs, music lessons, and school activities. Charlie and his family enjoy long road trips and national parks.

Charlie teaches youth group at Currey Creek Church, and he served on the board of 1HOPE For Kids, a local foster and adoption agency, for four years and continues to remain active in the organization. Additionally, Charlie serves on the board for The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered as a mentor in the Boerne high school’s Business Incubator and Entrepreneurship Program.
