Janice joined Valcor in 2017 and brings over 39 years of accounting experience, 30 of which are in the commercial real estate industry.

As Executive Vice President of Accounting, Janice is a member of the Valcor Executive Leadership Team. She oversees and maintains the compliance of the Valcor Accounting Standards for accounts receivable, and accounts payable, preparation of monthly financial reports, lender reporting requirements, preparation of budgets and budget comparisons, annual expense reconciliations, and operating expense estimates.

Prior to coming to Valcor, Janice served as an accountant for Endura Advisory Group as well as performing the duties of Controller, Accountant, and Operations Manager for DH Realty Partners for 24 years. She is adaptable, detailed oriented, and serves her team with integrity.

Janice attended Texas A&M San Antonio and UTSA. Away from the office, Janice spends time with her husband, Phillip, operating their family’s cattle ranch in Floresville. Together they have three daughters and two grandchildren. Janice celebrates life through gardening, hiking, photography, and travel.
