Max joins Valcor as a Senior Property Manager with more than 25 years of experience managing office, retail, and industrial properties. He brings extensive expertise in property operations, asset performance, and building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.

At Valcor, Max is part of the property management team responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, property maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting, annual expense reconciliations, quality control, and fostering exceptional client and tenant relationships.

Before joining Valcor, Max served as a Senior Real Estate Manager at Transwestern, where he managed a $5 million annual operating budget and $2.5 million in capital projects. He also oversaw lease administration and vendor relationships, helping improve operational efficiency while delivering exceptional service to clients.
