BRANDI LAPSLEY
Property Manager
Brandi, a Texas native, has over five years of property management experience in retail, industrial, and office management. At Valcor, Brandi is part of a team responsible for property maintenance, accounting, client and tenant relationships, vendor relationships, quality control, and preparing annual budgets.
Before joining Valcor, Brandi served as a property manager for Highland Resources, Inc., and previously served as an assistant property manager for CBRE; she has successfully managed over 1 million square feet of retail, industrial, and office buildings in the San Antonio and Austin markets. She has also managed a team of 3 members, including assistant property manager and building engineers. She also served 12 years in the banking/financing industry, working in management and as a corporate trainer.
Outside the office, Brandi enjoys spending with her family, her husband Scot, their three children Erica, twin boys Landon and Ian, and their grandchildren Kason and Kamryn. She also loves the ocean, reading, collecting books, and visiting her sons at the University of Alabama.
