Jason Adam
Executive Vice President of Construction & Development

Jason was born and raised in San Antonio and is a 1997 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001 and began his construction career in 2003 in the residential construction industry, spending 5 years with both production and custom home builders in the San Antonio market. In 2008 he began a commercial construction career with Joeris General Contractors where he worked with clients like Holt Cat, UIW, NEISD, City of San Antonio, etc. He spent most of his 12 years at Joeris working with Silver Ventures to oversee the construction of the Pearl redevelopment north of downtown as they transformed the dilapidated former location of the Pearl Brewery into one of the most significant urban redevelopment projects in the city’s history. He managed projects such as the Culinary Institute of the Americas campus & associated parking garage, the Lab Office Building, Pearl Amphitheatre, Pearl Food Hall, the Oxbow Office Tower, and the Credit Human Federal Credit Union Tower.

As Executive Vice President of Construction & Development at Valcor, Jason is a member of the Valcor Executive Leadership Team and oversees Construction Management and Development Services for the company as well as assisting with overall day to day company operations.

Jason has been married to his wife Candice since 2003 and they have four children, Presleigh (2006), Sydney (2008), Wyatt (2010) and Nolan (2020). Jason and his family are active members of Believers Fellowship Church where they lead the ministry for young married couples in the church. He also serves on the deacon board and Candice serves on the women’s board and homeschools their three older kids.

Jason enjoys fishing, hunting, and mostly spending time with his wife and kids and serving the Lord in whatever ways he can.
