Samantha brings over 13 years of analytic and accounting experience to the team. As an Accountant at Valcor, she is a part of a team that is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of monthly financial reports, preparation of budgets and budget comparisons, annual expense reconciliations, and operating expense estimates.
Prior to joining Valcor, Samantha was a Senior Appraisal Analyst for an oil & gas asset appraisal company and a Strategic Account Analyst for Xerox Corporation. Samantha graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio obtaining a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance & Development.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family camping. She is married to her husband, Brandon, of 9 years, and they have 3 children: Colton, Truitt, and Adalyn.
