Over the past two months, Valcor has hired three new positions for key teams within our organization, including Andrea Bross as an Assistant Property Manager, Esther Kinzie as an Accountant, and Sara Lombardi as the Marketing Manager. Hiring during a global pandemic was a learning experience, but as in all facets of Valcor’s current strategy, we remained resilient in the face of uncertainty. Resiliency paid off and we are pleased to introduce the new members of our Valcor family.
Andrea Bross joined the Property Management Team which provides property maintenance, lease administration, tenant relations, vendor relations, and quality control. Before her career in property management, Andrea worked in the legal profession for 30 years. She began her legal career when she joined the Dallas City Attorney’s Office as a Legal Assistant in the Litigation Department.
Esther Kinzie brings more than 20 years of accounting experience, including international financial operations, to Valcor. As part of Valcor’s Accounting Team, Esther’s responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly, and annual financial reporting and statements including analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
Sara Lombardi brings creative leadership experience in brand marketing, a merchandiser’s visual eye, and a deep affinity for relationships to the Valcor Marketing Department. As the marketing manager, she oversees internal and external communications, coordinates the design of marketing collateral, maintains the website, and curates all social media channels. Prior to joining Valcor, Sara was the strategic marketing and communications manager for a national veteran nonprofit.
