Valcor recently added a new member to our growing team, Stephanie Brown. Stephanie has served over 15 years in accounting, and has an extensive understanding of accounting principles and standards. Part of a team that is responsible for property management and accounting, Stephanie oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of monthly financial report, preparation of budgets and budget comparisons, annual expense reconciliations, and operating expense estimates.
